Điều khoản này áp dụng khi bạn dùng Auto Social tại autosocial.stream, do Lê Minh Đức vận hành (“chúng tôi”). Khi tạo tài khoản hoặc dùng Auto Social, bạn đồng ý với Điều khoản này và Chính sách quyền riêng tư. Nếu không đồng ý, xin đừng dùng Auto Social.
These terms apply when you use Auto Social at autosocial.stream, run by Le Minh Duc (“we”). By creating an account or using Auto Social you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Auto Social.

Auto Social lấy bài từ các nguồn tin RSS bạn chọn, dùng AI tóm tắt và kiểm duyệt, tạo giọng đọc bằng giọng máy, dựng video, gửi email để duyệt và đăng video lên tài khoản bạn đã kết nối.
Đây là dự án cá nhân đang được phát triển và hiện miễn phí. Tính năng có thể thay đổi, tạm dừng hoặc ngừng. Giới hạn của các nền tảng — ví dụ hạn mức tải video YouTube mỗi ngày dùng chung cho mọi người dùng, hay số tài khoản TikTok kết nối được qua Zernio — có thể khiến một video không được đăng.
Auto Social takes articles from the RSS news sources you choose, uses AI to summarise and moderate them, creates a synthetic voice-over, renders a video, emails it for approval and publishes it to the accounts you connected.
It is a personal project under development and currently free of charge. Features may change, pause or stop. Platform limits — for example the daily YouTube upload quota shared by all users, or the number of TikTok accounts that can be connected through Zernio — can keep a video from being published.

You keep your password safe and are responsible for all activity in your account. Connect only channels, Pages or accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
6. Nội dung và trách nhiệmContent and responsibility
- Video được làm từ bài báo công khai, qua AI tóm tắt và giọng máy; AI có thể sai. Workflow mặc định có bước duyệt: video chỉ được đăng sau khi bạn, hoặc người bạn chỉ định, duyệt. Nếu bạn bỏ bước duyệt khỏi workflow, video sẽ được đăng mà không ai duyệt.
- Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về mọi nội dung được đăng dưới tài khoản của bạn: độ chính xác, quyền tác giả và điều khoản của nguồn tin, quyền với file intro/outro, quy tắc cộng đồng của từng nền tảng, và việc ghi nhãn nội dung do AI tạo hoặc chỉnh sửa khi nền tảng yêu cầu.
- Bạn giữ mọi quyền với nội dung của mình và cho phép Auto Social xử lý nội dung đó chỉ để cung cấp dịch vụ.
- Videos are made from public news articles with AI summaries and a synthetic voice; AI can be wrong. The default workflow has an approval step: a video is published only after you, or someone you name, approve it. If you remove that step from a workflow, its videos are published without anyone approving them.
- You are responsible for everything published under your accounts: accuracy, copyright and the terms of your news sources, rights to your intro/outro files, each platform's community rules, and labelling AI-generated or altered content where a platform requires it.
- You keep all rights to your content and allow Auto Social to process it only to provide the service.
7. Sử dụng được phépAcceptable use
Bạn không được:
- đăng nội dung trái pháp luật, gây hiểu lầm, xúc phạm, spam hoặc mạo danh;
- truy cập dữ liệu của người khác, dò quét, phá hoại hoặc vượt giới hạn của hệ thống;
- dùng Auto Social để vi phạm điều khoản của YouTube, Facebook, TikTok hay Zernio.
You must not:
- publish unlawful, misleading, abusive, spam or impersonating content;
- access other people's data, probe, disrupt or bypass the limits of the system;
- use Auto Social to break the terms of YouTube, Facebook, TikTok or Zernio.
8. Tạm ngưng và chấm dứtSuspension and termination
Bạn có thể ngừng dùng bất cứ lúc nào: xoá nơi đăng bài để ngắt kết nối, và xin xoá tài khoản theo hướng dẫn xoá dữ liệu. Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngưng hoặc đóng tài khoản vi phạm Điều khoản này hay chính sách của nền tảng, hoặc ngừng dịch vụ.
You can stop at any time: delete your publishing targets to disconnect, and ask for account deletion following the data deletion instructions. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or a platform's policies, or stop the service.
9. Không bảo đảm và giới hạn trách nhiệmNo warranty and limitation of liability
Auto Social được cung cấp “nguyên trạng”, không bảo đảm luôn hoạt động, không có lỗi, hay mọi video đều được đăng. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về thiệt hại gián tiếp, về nội dung được đăng dưới tài khoản của bạn, hay về quyết định của các nền tảng như gỡ video, cảnh cáo hoặc khoá kênh.
Auto Social is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it is always available, error-free, or that every video gets published. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for content published under your accounts, or for platform decisions such as removing a video, issuing a strike or closing a channel.
10. Thay đổi điều khoảnChanges to these terms
Khi Điều khoản thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang. Tiếp tục dùng Auto Social sau đó nghĩa là bạn đồng ý với bản mới.
When these terms change, we update this page and the effective date at the top. Continuing to use Auto Social after that means you accept the new version.
