This page explains how Auto Social collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes your data. Every section has a Vietnamese version (left, or first on a phone) and an English version with the same content.
1. Giới thiệuAbout Auto Social
Auto Social (autosocial.stream) là ứng dụng web biến tin tức trong ngày thành video ngắn có lời đọc: lấy bài từ các nguồn tin RSS bạn chọn, dùng AI tóm tắt và kiểm duyệt, tạo giọng đọc, dựng video, gửi email để bạn duyệt, rồi đăng video lên kênh YouTube, Page Facebook hoặc tài khoản TikTok mà bạn đã kết nối.
Auto Social do Lê Minh Đức, một nhà phát triển cá nhân, xây dựng và vận hành. “Chúng tôi” trong trang này là người vận hành đó. Mỗi tài khoản có một workspace riêng. Liên hệ: leminhduc746@gmail.com.
Auto Social (autosocial.stream) is a web app that turns each day's news into short narrated videos: it takes articles from the RSS news sources you choose, uses AI to summarise and moderate them, creates a voice-over, renders a video, emails it to you for approval, and then publishes it to the YouTube channel, Facebook Page or TikTok account you have connected.
Auto Social is built and run by Le Minh Duc, an individual developer. “We” on this page means that operator. Each account has its own workspace. Contact: leminhduc746@gmail.com.
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thậpData we collect

- Tài khoản mạng xã hội đã kết nối: nền tảng; mã, tên và đường link công khai của kênh, Page hoặc tài khoản; quyền bạn đã cấp; token truy cập (luôn mã hoá — mục 8).
- Nội dung tạo ra và lịch sử chạy: bài báo công khai từ nguồn tin, kịch bản, file giọng đọc, video, kết quả từng lần chạy (trạng thái, quyết định duyệt, mã và link bài đã đăng).
- Nhật ký kỹ thuật: mã định danh (workspace, người dùng, lần chạy), mã lỗi và thời điểm — không có mật khẩu hay token.
Chúng tôi không thu thập số điện thoại, địa chỉ, danh bạ hay thông tin thanh toán.
- Account: user name, email, display name (if you enter one) and your password as a PBKDF2-SHA512 hash — the password itself is never stored. If you sign in with Google: your email, name and Google account identifier.
- Configuration you create: news sources, workflows, schedules, the email addresses that receive approval emails, the title, description and hashtag templates of each publishing target, and intro/outro files you upload.
- Connected social accounts: the platform; the ID, name and public link of the channel, Page or account; the permissions you granted; access tokens (always encrypted — section 8).
- Generated content and run history: public news articles from your sources, scripts, voice-over files, videos, and the result of each run (status, approval decision, ID and link of each published post).
- Technical logs: identifiers (workspace, user, run), error codes and timestamps — never passwords or tokens.
We do not collect phone numbers, postal addresses, contacts or payment details.
3. Dữ liệu người dùng Google và YouTube API ServicesGoogle user data and YouTube API Services
Auto Social sử dụng YouTube API Services. Khi bạn dùng các tính năng YouTube của Auto Social, dữ liệu của bạn ở Google còn được điều chỉnh bởi Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
Đăng nhập bằng Google
Google gửi cho chúng tôi tên, email, ảnh đại diện và mã định danh tài khoản Google của bạn. Chúng tôi lưu email, tên và mã định danh để tạo và nhận ra tài khoản; không lưu ảnh đại diện.
Kết nối kênh YouTube
Bạn cấp hai quyền: youtube.upload (tải video lên) và youtube.readonly (đọc thông tin kênh). Với hai quyền này, Auto Social chỉ:
- đọc mã, tên và đường link kênh của chính bạn;
- tải lên những video do Auto Social dựng mà bạn đã duyệt, kèm tiêu đề, mô tả, hashtag và chế độ hiển thị theo mẫu bạn đặt;
- đọc trạng thái xử lý của chính những video đó để biết khi nào đăng xong.
Chúng tôi không đọc video khác, bình luận, số liệu thống kê hay danh sách người đăng ký của kênh.
Lưu: mã, tên và link kênh; quyền đã cấp; refresh token (mã hoá); mã và link video đã đăng; link phiên tải lên đang dở (mã hoá, xoá khi tải xong).
Dùng và chia sẻ: chỉ để đăng video bạn đã duyệt lên kênh của bạn và báo kết quả. Không bán, không cho thuê, không dùng cho quảng cáo, không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI và không gửi cho OpenAI. Dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên hạ tầng chúng tôi dùng để vận hành dịch vụ (AWS, MongoDB Atlas — mục 6). Không ai đọc dữ liệu này, trừ khi bạn nhờ hỗ trợ, khi cần để bảo mật, hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
Việc Auto Social sử dụng thông tin nhận từ Google API, và chuyển thông tin đó sang ứng dụng khác, tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use).
Thu hồi quyền: ngoài cách ngắt kết nối trong Auto Social (mục 10), bạn có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập của Auto Social vào dữ liệu Google của bạn bất cứ lúc nào tại trang cài đặt bảo mật của Google.
Auto Social uses YouTube API Services. When you use Auto Social's YouTube features, your data at Google is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Sign in with Google
Google sends us your name, email, profile picture and Google account identifier. We store your email, name and identifier to create and recognise your account; we do not store the picture.
Connecting a YouTube channel
You grant two permissions: youtube.upload (upload videos) and youtube.readonly (read channel information). With them, Auto Social only:
- reads the ID, name and link of your own channel;
- uploads the videos Auto Social rendered and you approved, with the title, description, hashtags and visibility from your template;
- reads the processing status of those same videos to know when publishing has finished.
We do not read your other videos, comments, analytics or subscriber list.
Stored: channel ID, name and link; granted permissions; the refresh token (encrypted); the ID and link of each published video; the link of an upload in progress (encrypted, deleted when the upload ends).
Use and sharing: only to publish the videos you approved to your channel and report the result. Never sold, rented, used for advertising, used to train AI models, or sent to OpenAI. The data lives only on the infrastructure we use to run the service (AWS, MongoDB Atlas — section 6). No person reads it unless you ask us for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
Auto Social's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access: besides disconnecting in Auto Social (section 10), you can revoke Auto Social's access to your Google data at any time on the Google security settings page.
4. Facebook và TikTokFacebook and TikTok
Bạn kết nối qua Facebook Login for Business và cấp ba quyền pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts. Auto Social dùng chúng để xem các Page bạn quản lý và chọn cho phép, lấy token của từng Page, tải video bạn đã duyệt lên Page, rồi đọc trạng thái và đường link của chính video đó.
Lưu: mã, tên và link Page; quyền đã cấp; token của Page (mã hoá); mã và link video đã đăng. Token tài khoản Facebook cá nhân của bạn chỉ dùng trong lúc kết nối và không được lưu.
TikTok (qua Zernio)
Auto Social không kết nối thẳng với TikTok. Việc đăng lên TikTok đi qua Zernio, dịch vụ đăng bài của ZERNIO SOFTWARE SL (Tây Ban Nha). Bạn đăng nhập TikTok trên trang của Zernio, và Zernio giữ token TikTok theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của Zernio.
Auto Social lưu mã tài khoản và mã hồ sơ do Zernio cấp cùng tên @username TikTok. Khi đăng, chúng tôi gửi cho Zernio một đường link có thời hạn tới file video cùng chú thích bạn đã duyệt; Zernio tải video về và đăng lên TikTok. Video TikTok luôn ở chế độ công khai. Chúng tôi không gửi tên hay email của bạn cho Zernio — hồ sơ Zernio của bạn chỉ gắn với một mã workspace nội bộ.
You connect through Facebook Login for Business and grant three permissions: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts. Auto Social uses them to list the Pages you manage and choose to allow, obtain each Page's token, upload the videos you approved to the Page, and read the status and link of those same videos.
Stored: Page ID, name and link; granted permissions; the Page token (encrypted); the ID and link of each published video. The token of your personal Facebook account is used only while connecting and is never stored.
TikTok (through Zernio)
Auto Social does not connect to TikTok directly. TikTok publishing goes through Zernio, a publishing service of ZERNIO SOFTWARE SL (Spain). You sign in to TikTok on Zernio's page, and Zernio keeps the TikTok token under the Zernio Privacy Policy.
Auto Social stores the account ID and profile ID issued by Zernio and your TikTok @username. To publish, we send Zernio a time-limited link to the video file and the caption you approved; Zernio downloads the video and posts it to TikTok. TikTok posts are always public. We do not send your name or email to Zernio — your Zernio profile is tied only to an internal workspace ID.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu và không dùng dữ liệu để quảng cáo hay lập hồ sơ người dùng.

- run the workflow you configure: fetch news, summarise, moderate, create the voice-over, render the video;
- send approval emails to the recipients you choose;
- publish the videos you approved to the accounts you connected and report the result;
- find errors and keep the system secure.
We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising or user profiling.
8. Bảo mậtSecurity
- Mọi kết nối tới Auto Social đi qua HTTPS.
- Token của tài khoản đã kết nối chỉ được lưu ở dạng mã hoá AES-256-GCM, mỗi bản mã gắn với đúng tài khoản của nó. Khoá giải mã nằm ở AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store, không bao giờ nằm trong cơ sở dữ liệu.
- Không API nào của Auto Social trả token ra trình duyệt; token và mật khẩu không được ghi vào nhật ký.
- Mật khẩu chỉ được lưu ở dạng băm PBKDF2-SHA512.
- Mỗi workspace chỉ đọc và ghi được dữ liệu của chính nó.
- Every connection to Auto Social uses HTTPS.
- Tokens of connected accounts are stored only encrypted with AES-256-GCM, each ciphertext bound to its own account. The decryption key lives in AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store, never in the database.
- No Auto Social API returns a token to the browser; tokens and passwords are never written to logs.
- Passwords are stored only as PBKDF2-SHA512 hashes.
- Each workspace can read and write only its own data.

10. Ngắt kết nối và xoá dữ liệuDisconnecting and deleting your data — data deletion instructions
Trong Auto Social
Vào Cài đặt → Nơi đăng bài và xoá nơi đăng bài: Auto Social ngắt luôn kết nối của nó — xoá ngay token và bản ghi kết nối, đồng thời thu hồi quyền ở nhà cung cấp: Google — thu hồi token; Zernio — gỡ tài khoản TikTok khỏi Zernio; Facebook — token của Page bị xoá ở phía chúng tôi, còn quyền của ứng dụng thì bạn gỡ trên Facebook (bên dưới). Nếu thu hồi ở nhà cung cấp bị lỗi, dữ liệu ở Auto Social vẫn bị xoá. Kết nối chưa gắn với nơi đăng bài nào (ví dụ Page Facebook bạn chưa chọn) thì gửi email theo cách bên dưới để chúng tôi xoá.
Ở nhà cung cấp
- Google / YouTube: mở trang cài đặt bảo mật của Google, chọn Auto Social, xoá quyền truy cập.
- Facebook: Cài đặt & quyền riêng tư → Cài đặt → Tích hợp cho doanh nghiệp (Business integrations), chọn Auto Social, bấm Gỡ — xem hướng dẫn của Facebook.
- TikTok: trong ứng dụng TikTok, mục quản lý quyền của ứng dụng và dịch vụ bên ngoài (tên mục khác nhau theo phiên bản), hoặc theo chính sách của Zernio.
Khi bạn thu hồi ở nhà cung cấp, token ở Auto Social mất hiệu lực: lần kế tiếp Auto Social dùng nó, token bị xoá và kết nối chuyển sang “Cần kết nối lại”. Phần dữ liệu còn lại của kết nối đó bị xoá muộn nhất 30 ngày sau khi bạn thu hồi.
Xoá tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu
Gửi email tới leminhduc746@gmail.com từ địa chỉ email của tài khoản, tiêu đề “Xoá dữ liệu Auto Social”. Trong vòng 7 ngày, chúng tôi xoá tài khoản, cấu hình, các kết nối và token, lịch sử chạy cùng mọi file của bạn, rồi trả lời xác nhận. Cũng gửi email như vậy nếu bạn chỉ muốn xoá một phần dữ liệu.
Video đã đăng nằm trên YouTube, Facebook hoặc TikTok và do bạn quản lý ở đó — xoá dữ liệu ở Auto Social không xoá chúng. Muốn gỡ, hãy xoá trong YouTube Studio, trên Page Facebook hoặc trong TikTok.
In Auto Social
Go to Cài đặt → Nơi đăng bài (Settings → Publishing targets) and delete the target: Auto Social disconnects its account too — it immediately deletes the token and the connection record and revokes access at the provider: Google — the token is revoked; Zernio — the TikTok account is removed from Zernio; Facebook — the Page token is deleted on our side, and you remove the app's access on Facebook (below). If revoking at the provider fails, the data in Auto Social is still deleted. For a connection not attached to any target (for example a Facebook Page you did not pick), email us as described below and we delete it.
At the provider
- Google / YouTube: open the Google security settings page, choose Auto Social and remove its access.
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, choose Auto Social and click Remove — see Facebook's help page.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, the section that manages permissions of outside apps and services (its name varies by version), or as described in the Zernio Privacy Policy.
Once you revoke at the provider, the token in Auto Social stops working: the next time Auto Social uses it, the token is deleted and the connection is marked “reconnect required”. The rest of that connection's data is deleted at the latest 30 days after you revoke.
Deleting your account and all data
Email leminhduc746@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my Auto Social data”. Within 7 days we delete your account, configuration, connections and tokens, run history and all your files, and reply to confirm. Send the same email if you want only part of your data deleted.
Published videos live on YouTube, Facebook or TikTok and are yours to manage there — deleting your Auto Social data does not remove them. To take one down, delete it in YouTube Studio, on your Facebook Page or in TikTok.
